We just purchased a home in Venice Fl. with the help of Mark Lyda and Troy Sacco. We cannot say enough good words about these two agents. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about any questions and concerns that we had during the buying process. We live in Pa. and he kept us informed almost daily on how the deal was progressing and even took time to call when he was on vacation. After we had completed the purchase and were living in the house, I had a minor problem with the a/c. This was on a Saturday and I called Troy to see if he had any suggestions on how I might repair this. Troy dropped everything he was doing at the time and said he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He showed up and had the a/c running in 5 minutes and explained how to correct this problem in the future. After the purchase of the house was completed Mark and Troy no longer had any obligation or financial gain to be had, however this goes to show how great of a company these two gentlemen have and I highly recommend if you are looking to sell or buy a home please contact this company. Choosing a Realtor can be tricky, but when it came time to buy our new home in Venice, FL, there was never any doubt who we would choose: Troy Sacco. We became acquainted with Troy in 2011 when we were hoping to purchase a small condo that we could enjoy and also rent out during the winter season. Everything from looking at possibilities to closing on our perfect little condo was smooth and easy. And through the years, Troy kept up with us, calling about once a year just to chat and see what was new in our lives. He even called after Hurricane Irma roared through to see if I would like him to check on our condo. When he called in October 2018, the movers were in my house (I swear this man is psychic!) at the end of a very chaotic and fast closing of our North Carolina home. He is great guy and a five-star Realtor who covers every base to ensure that your selling experience goes as smoothly as possible.
