We just purchased a home in Venice Fl. with the help of Mark Lyda and Troy Sacco. We cannot say enough good words about these two agents. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable about any questions and concerns that we had during the buying process. We live in Pa. and he kept us informed almost daily on how the deal was progressing and even took time to call when he was on vacation. After we had completed the purchase and were living in the house, I had a minor problem with the a/c. This was on a Saturday and I called Troy to see if he had any suggestions on how I might repair this. Troy dropped everything he was doing at the time and said he would be at my house in 15 minutes. He showed up and had the a/c running in 5 minutes and explained how to correct this problem in the future. After the purchase of the house was completed Mark and Troy no longer had any obligation or financial gain to be had, however this goes to show how great of a company these two gentlemen have and I highly recommend if you are looking to sell or buy a home please contact this company.
