The difference is, instead of sharing the fruits of our labor with a national franchise, we donate that portion back to local “grass roots” charities and services that can make a difference in the lives of our neighbors.
Through this concept we hope to spread the philanthropic attitude to buyers, sellers and local vendors as well. In the near future we will be adding “The Generous List” to our web site. This list will contain service providers such as title companies, home inspectors, contractors and more that also have embraced the generous concept and will contribute as well.
